How it works with us — in brief

- The driver follows flight updates and plans his arrival accordingly.
- After landing, you first collect your luggage and only then let the driver know that you are ready.
- The driver will arrive at the agreed meeting point with a sign and without additional charges for waiting.
Practical step-by-step procedure
Step 1 — Enter your flight number when booking
Please enter your flight number when booking. This allows us to track whether your flight is on time or delayed — and adjust your driver’s arrival time accordingly.
Step 2 — Your driver will contact you
After landing, you will usually receive a message via WhatsApp or SMS with the driver’s name, car type, and phone number. Please keep your phone on.
Step 3 — Allow time for your luggage after landing
Wait for your luggage before calling or texting the driver.
Step 4 — Confirmation and Meeting
Once you have your luggage, send the driver a short message (e.g., „We have luggage, going to the lounge“). The driver will arrive at the arrivals hall with a sign with your name and take you to the car.

- Car seats: when booking you can request a car seat (egg, middle seat, booster seat) — ideal if you are traveling with children.
Tips for dealing with delays smoothly
- Enter your flight number in the booking form — this is the most important step.
- Keep your phone on after landing — the driver will contact you.
- Do not call immediately — wait for your luggage and then confirm to the driver that you are ready.
- If there is a major problem (luggage lost, you won’t get on the plane), contact the customer support listed in your booking confirmation or the assigned driver.
