How to find your driver at
Vaclav Havel Prague Airport
Arriving at the airport can be challenging, so we’ve prepared a simple guide for you on how to contact our driver as quickly as possible after landing.
1. We track your flight online
Don’t worry if your flight is delayed or arrives early. We track your flight in real time according to the flight number you entered in your reservation. We automatically adjust the driver’s arrival time to the current situation, so the car will be waiting for you exactly when you need it, without any waiting fees.
2. After landing, turn on your phone and open WhatsApp
Please turn on your mobile phone immediately after the plane lands. Our driver will contact you primarily via the WhatsApp application. This form of communication allows us to send instructions in real time. If you do not have WhatsApp, the driver will send you a standard SMS.
3. Do you have luggage? Text the driver
Once you have collected all your luggage and are ready to leave the customs area, send the driver a WhatsApp message that you have your luggage. At that moment, the driver will leave the parking lot directly to the appropriate terminal to the designated meeting point. This procedure ensures that you will meet the driver exactly when you step into the arrivals hall.
4. Meeting points (Meet & Greet)
Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with a sign with your name on it.
- Terminal 1 (Non-Schengen Flights): In front of Mattoni Bar.
- Terminal 2 (Intra-Schengen Flights): In front of Visitor Center.
Business Welcome
If you have selected the Business Welcome package when booking, these additional terms and conditions apply to your pick-up.
Pick-up without having to contact the driver: You don’t have to write to anyone, your driver will be standing in the arrivals hall with a visible sign with your name or company name. See Meeting Points.
40 Minute Wait Guarantee: We understand that passport control or baggage claim may take longer. As part of the Business package, the driver will wait for you free of charge for up to 40 minutes after the actual landing of the plane at the terminal.

We provide a „Meet“ service for all arrivals at the airport. The driver will park his vehicle and meet the passenger’s name tag in the arrival hall of Terminal 2 in front of the Infocentre. Please turn on your phone after the flight to facilitate communication. If you have any problems or delays with customs or luggage, please call the driver as soon as possible.
